Deposit: A deposit of CZK 2000 or 100 EUR per apartment is charged upon arrival to the apartment block. The deposit is included towards lost, broken or damaged inventory items. The deposit may also be withheld in part or in full in case of serious breach of the house rules (e.g. nightly disturbance, failure to move out by the set deadline, etc.).

Rent: The flat is available on the day of arrival from afternoon hours (2 p.m. to 7 p.m.). In case of arrival at a later time, it is necessary to contact the reception desk in advance and agree on the time of arrival and taking up accommodation. On the day of departure, flats are to be surrendered by 10 a.m.

Spa fee: The spa fee is due upon arrival at the reception desk (detailed information is available in the travel instructions).

1. Origination of Contractual Relationship
Contractual relationship between Golding Travel and the customer (or a guardian thereof) originates upon confirmation by Golding Travel of a signed order and payment of the advance to the Golding Travel bank account. Submission of a filled-in and signed order by the customer is considered an expression of acceptance and approval of these General Conditions by the customer. Confirmation of the order by Golding Travel is considered acceptance of obligation by Golding Travel to provide to the customer the agreed scope and quality of services.
2. Payment Conditions
Golding Travel is entitled to receive an advance payment towards the apartment rental prior to provision of the apartment. Golding Travel requests an advance payment of 50% of the total rent payable no later than 7 days from the date of signing of the order. The remaining amount of the rent is due no later than 30 days before the beginning of the rental. In case of conclusion of the contract at a time shorter than 30 days before the date of the rental, the customer shall pay the full amount of the rent upon signing of the order. The payment may be made cash at the Golding Travel office or by money transfer/deposit to the Golding Travel bank account (the payment must be identified with a variable symbol issued by Golding Travel – failure to do so may cause cancellation of the rental due to inability to allocate the payment), or using debit cards VISA, EUROCARD.

3. Price
The amount of rent is the amount specified in the order. Any discounts announced by Golding Travel after the date of the order do not entitle the customer to the discounted price.

4. Rights and Liabilities of the Customer

4.1. Basic Rights of the Customer
Right to receive the confirmed services in appropriate quality.
Right to supplementary information not stated by Golding Travel or provided on the Internet site of the agency, in particular contact information of the person to contact in case of trouble (local representative of Golding Travel, Golding Travel reception desk).
Right to be informed of any changes.
Right to cancel the rental at any time by withdrawal from the contract under conditions of cancellation stated below.
Right to announce in writing that the apartment will be rented by another person if such notification contains declaration of the new tenant of consent with the order and conditions of the contract. Such notification shall be delivered no later than 10 days before commencement of the rental. The original and new customers are jointly responsible for payment of the rent as well as any further costs incurred by Golding Travel in relation to the change in the person of the customer.
Right to lodge a complaint in accordance with the complaint procedure below in case of deficiencies in rendering of the services.
Right to protection of personal data provided in the order as well as other documents from unauthorised access.

4.2. Basic Liabilities of the Customer
To co-operate with Golding Travel to an extent necessary for proper rendering of the services.
To report participation of foreign nationals.
To pay the rental in accordance with Article 3 above and to demonstrate such payment. Should the customer fail to pay the full price by the specified due date Golding Travel becomes entitled to cancel the booking and to charge the corresponding cancellation fee.
To respond to Golding Travel without delay in relation to any modifications of the conditions and scope of agreed services.
To receive from Golding Travel all documents necessary for use of the services rendered.
To observe the rules applicable in the place of the rental. In case of breach of the house rules, the customer maybe evicted, forfeiting any right to further accommodation as well as refunding of any unused services.
To compensate on the spot for any damage caused in the rented flat.

5. Modifications of Agreed Services and Legal Consequences; Cancellation of Rental

5.1. Prior to rental
In case of occurrence of conditions preventing Golding Travel from rendering services as agreed the agency shall effect corresponding modifications or cancel the rental. Golding Travel shall notify the customer of such modifications without undue delay.
The customer becomes entitled to withdraw from the contract and to receive a refund of the paid price or advance, or to inclusion of the paid amounts towards a substitute rental without application of any cancellation fees: upon cancellation of the rental by Golding Travel; upon change of the dates of rental by more than 3 days; upon significant change of location of the rented flat; or upon significant change of the price. A change of the place of accommodation shall not be considered significant if the substitute place is of equal or higher quality.
Should the customer fail to withdraw from the contract within 5 days from the reception of notification of changes, such failure to withdraw shall be considered an expression of consent with the new conditions.

5.2. During the rental
Golding Travel shall refund the customer for all services paid for, which have not been rendered even in a substitute form.
Golding Travel shall discount the rental if the services rendered fail to reach the agreed scope and/or quality.
Should Golding Travel render substitute services of equal or higher level, all further claims from the customer are excluded.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract b the Customer; Cancellation Fees
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time prior to commencement of the rental. This withdrawal must be made in writing. The contractual relation shall be considered cancelled on the day of reception of the notice (cancellation) by Golding Travel. Upon cancellation, the customer shall pay the following cancellation fees to Golding Travel:
Cancellation more than 31 days before commencement of the stay: 15 EUR.
Cancellation in period between 30 and 21 days before commencement of the stay: 30% of the total price.
Cancellation in period between 20 and 15 days before commencement of the stay: 50% of the total price.
Cancellation in period between 14 and 7 days before commencement of the stay: 75% of the total price.
Cancellation 6 or less days before commencement of the stay: 100% of the total price.
When calculating the number of days remaining until the day of commencement of rental the day of reception of the notice is included. The day of commencement of the rental is excluded. Should the customer fail to assume the accommodation without prior cancellation Golding Travel shall be entitled to the full amount of the rent.
Should the customer cancel part of the rental of their own accord, they shall be entitled to no refund.

Should the customer request change of date or type of accommodation and Golding Travel is capable of effecting such a change, the customer shall pay a corresponding fee: CZK 200 when changing the date or type of accommodation more than 21 days before commencement of the rental.

7. Complaints, Responsibility for Damage
In case the quality of accommodation is lower than agreed the customer becomes entitled to lodge a complaint. The complaint must be filed with Golding Travel in writing and without undue delay, no later than one month form the end of the rental. Complaints may be lodged after expiration of this period only if the delay has been caused for reasons beyond control of the customer, but no later than 3 months from the date of termination of the rental according to the contract. After expiration of this period the right to lodge a complaint lapses.
In case of occurrence of deficiencies during rendering of services the customer shall co-operate in preventing damages or in keeping the extent thereof to minimum. The customer shall above all report all reservations on the spot, i.e. at the Golding Travel reception desk in order to facilitate remedy. Should the customer fail to report a deficiency, they shall be entitled to no discount. In case the deficiency cannot be remedied, the receptionist or another authorised representative of the agency shall draw up a complaint protocol with the assistance of the customer. Delayed or unsupported complaints will be disregarded.

8. Sending of commercial communications
By filling personal details in order agrees with zaíláním commercial communications by Czech law č.480/2004 Sb.

9. Privacy
Golding Travel Ltd. is committed is committed to protecting your personal information and proceed in accordance with Act No. 127/2005 Sb., the Electronic Communications Act No. 101/2000 Sb., on the protection of personal data and amending certain laws and other related laws.
Personal customer data we collect and use only with his knowledge and consent, for ordering or further use of our services, request information or other services.

10. Final provisions
These General Conditions apply to domestic and foreign stays secured Golding Travel.
